Website creation terms

  1. Introduction

These terms form the agreement between WebHecho (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you (“client,” “you,” “your”). They cover the creation, delivery, and upkeep of every website we build, free or paid.

  1. Eligibility

To receive a website, you must:

  1. Give accurate contact information.
  2. Represent a real business, organization, or personal brand.

We reserve the right to turn down any request outside our criteria.

  1. What We Include

Depending on your plan, we provide:

  1. Website setup and design
  2. Mobile-friendly layout
  3. Basic SEO setup
  4. Help with hosting and domains
  5. Placement of your text, images, and business information
  6. Optional add-ons, such as advanced features, integrations, or custom work
  7. Your Responsibilities

To complete your website, you agree to:

  1. Send your logos, images, and text.
  2. Review and approve drafts on time.
  3. Confirm you own or have rights to all material you send.
  4. Make sure your content does not break any copyright, trademark, or law.
  5. Delivery Times

We work to deliver your website fast. Typical timeframes:

  1. Free website program: 24 to 72 hours
  2. Custom websites: 3 to 10 business days, based on complexity

Delays happen when we are missing information or waiting on your approval.

  1. Revisions

Free websites include one round of basic revisions. Paid websites include multiple rounds, based on your package. Extra revisions carry an additional fee.

  1. Ownership and License

Once we deliver and you approve your website:

  1. You own all content you provided.
  2. WebHecho owns its templates, code, and design systems.
  3. You receive a license to use the finished website for your business.
  4. Custom features might fall under separate license terms.
  5. Hosting and Launch

We connect your website to a domain and a hosting provider we set up for you. Hosting fees go directly to the provider unless you choose a plan managed by WebHecho. We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or problems caused by third-party hosting providers.

  1. Website Transfer Fee

Your license covers use of the website on hosting set up by WebHecho, with all updates made by WebHecho.

If you move your website to another host, or have anyone other than WebHecho edit or update it, you break these terms. In this case, you agree to pay a website transfer fee of $2,000. Once we receive payment, we transfer the website files and source code to you in a clean, professional handoff.

  1. Payments and Fees

Free websites have no upfront cost. We tell you the price of any paid service, update, or add-on before work starts. Paid options include:

  1. Brand customization
  2. Advanced integrations
  3. Online store setup
  4. Extra pages
  5. Monthly maintenance plans
  6. Data and Privacy

We use your information only to create and deliver your website. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

  1. Limitation of Liability

WebHecho is not responsible for:

  1. Lost business due to website downtime
  2. Errors from third-party plugins or hosting
  3. Content you provide
  4. Unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or security issues on your side

Our responsibility covers the design and setup of your website only.

  1. Termination

We might end service if you:

  1. Give false information.
  2. Misuse the website.
  3. Break legal or ethical standards.
  4. Fail to send required content or approvals.

You are free to end service at any time by contacting us. Section 9 still applies if you move or edit the website after you leave.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We update these terms from time to time. When you keep using our services, you accept the updated terms.
